Yesterday we launched a surprise birthday lunch for LY in office.
While it's only a small gesture, the plan was planned in absolute secrecy. However, I believe LY suspected our strange behaviour and secret conversations in the morning (this is all your fault Mr. G).
Miss P was the chief organiser and Mr. G was the executor of the plan. The responsibilities for rest of us (including me la) was to keep our mouths shut. Everything was ok except for the cake part. Everyone else wanted to get a cake of their choice during our discussion... until they were reminded by me (ahem!) that it's not their birthdays.
So we decided on the chocolate banana cake after a heated argument (hope you like it LY... hey not cheap one la.. haha).

Anyway LY did looked surprised when we unveil the cake. We ordered pizza for lunch too. Too bad her special friend couldn't make it (yes, Mr. G secretly contacted him), otherwise the surprise would have been perfect! Happy Belated Birthday LY!!

Miss P and Mr. G has to be commended for their efforts. Mr. G is notorious for his "aeroplane" (fong fei kei in cantonese) attitude but he did superbly well on that important day... until he dropped the pizza and in to the rubbish bin!
