Yesterday, I received news of my company organisational structure changes. Yes, I am one of the few involved in it.
Personally, I was very surprised even though it's not very significant. I have not expected it at all and had suspected it to be an April Fool joke. However, I am afraid this sudden announcement may not goes down well with certain people. But I do understand their feelings.
Actually nothing really changes, everything is still the same. I hope they won't see me differently. I hope this is for the better and not invite problems in future.
